SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Fresh Flowers: All flowers are not made the same. Therefore, if you are ordering fresh flowers, please be aware that your arrangement will look similar but not necessarily the same. In some unforeseeable circumstances, it may be necessary to substitute some of the flowers from the original arrangement for other flowers of equal or greater quality and value.

Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type but may substitute with another colour. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.

DELIVERY POLICY

At Flowers By CC, we want to assure you that we are taking every precaution possible to ensure the health and safety of our clients and employees.

We are closely monitoring the situation and we regularly sanitize all work stations, shared spaces, delivery vehicles, and products.

For our freshest, most beautiful blooms, please shop our designer choice bouquet and arrangement options, as we may be experiencing delays in receiving shipments of certain flower types.

Please note that for all other orders, we may need to make substitutions. Your recipient will always receive a beautiful gift of the same or greater value as what you selected.

No Contact Deliveries

To safeguard the recipient and our team, we deliver your flowers to the door with no contact needed. We ring the doorbell to let your recipient know the flowers have arrived and their gift will be left at the door and the delivery driver will step back a safe distance to ensure they receive their gift.

Condos Deliveries

Gifts can be left with the concierge or the recipient must be able to meet the driver in the lobby.  

**Please ensure the condo building accepts flowers arrangements to be left at the concierge **

Nursing/Senior Home Deliveries

Will only be dropped off at reception/front door/ front desk

Funeral Home Delivery

We are still accepting all delivery across the GTA for funeral services

 **At this current time, we will NOT be doing any hospital or doctor office deliveries

Cut Off Time:

*** GTA Holiday Delivery (*ie, Valentine's, Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) deliveries must be ordered 2 days before. ***

• All same-day deliveries in the GTA must be ordered before 10:00 AM

• All same-day deliveries Markham/Unionville/Richmond Hill/ Stouffville area must be ordered before 1:00 PM

• Local delivery on Sunday only **Markham/Unionville

Cancellation:

• Please contact us to see if a cancellation is possible for your order. It varies for each order as some items are special orders.

• Orders cannot be canceled if already en route or delivered.

• Orders delivered with incorrect addresses will be charged again for redelivery if already on route.

Specific Times:

We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your request can't be met, we will let you know.

 Delivery Time:

Monday - Saturday 10 am - 7 pm

Sunday 10 am - 5 pm

Not Home?:

Depending on the delivery location and weather conditions, our delivery team may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return. We also try to contact the recipient to make other arrangements for delivery if necessary.

Recipient May be Contacted:

In some rare cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery.

Request to Leave Item at Door:

The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty products due to this special request.
